Frequently Asked Questions

We offer therapy sessions 7 days a week with avalaibiluty between 11am-8pm on weekdays and 1-4pm on weekends. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Indivudal sessions are $165 for a flexible 60 minute session. Couples sessions are $225.

Flexible sessions are sessions that have designated wiggle room. This allows for a softer close for sessions that may run longer. You don't have to use the time, but it's there for you. 

I provide virtual therapy for anyone who resides in Texas or Colorado.

I offer in person sessions in Highland Park, at 3110 Webb Ave, Dallas, TX on the weekends between 1-4pm in the offices of Therapy with Abby, PLLC. 

I do not. However, If you decide to submit your sessions for reimbursement, I can provide you a superbill to give to your insurance company. Results on this vary between insurance providers. 

We talk about this a lot! This varies for every indivdual and couple. Some times you need consultation, somtimes you need to process one thing, sometimes more. We will do what feels right for you and your system.
