Together, we’ll gently sort through what’s still serving you—and what’s needs more attention.
I work within the relationship to see where things are getting stuck. Then we explore how to return to a sense of true safety and connection. We don’t focus on changing your behavior without first understanding the root cause, or simply learning how to argue with more finesse. Instead, we slow down and get curious about what’s happening underneath—what parts of you are stepping in, what they’re protecting, and what they might need.
From there, real and lasting change becomes possible—not because you forced it, but because it finally felt safe enough to emerge.
